This sweet home is a few doors down from canoe and kayak rentals which accesses the Susquehanna river behind the home which accesses Goodyear Lake. In the evenings enjoy live music and concerts at the Brewery Ommegang and Red Shed Brewery or unwind and make s’mores by the fire pit in the private back yard. The space The home is a private single family home that will not be shared with other guests. Open concept main floor with living room with a pull out couch, dining, kitchen a half bath with washer and dryer. On the second floor there is a full bath and the bedrooms. Two trundle beds in one bedroom and one queen size bed in the second bedroom complete the second floor. There is a portable crib if needed and two tri fold twin size mattresses for additional guests. There is a small fenced back yard area with patio, fire pit, and picnic table. Guest access Easy keyless entry to the home. Guests have access to the entire home, back yard and patio. Home is not shared with any other guests. Other things to note The home is located 13 minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park ( on the same road) 20 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame and 16 minutes to All Star Village. There is also a kayak and paddle boarding rental shop a few doors down with access to the river and lake.
