Incredible views, surrounded by nature. clean, extremely comfortable, 2022 PUMA travel trailer has everything you need to feel completely at home. Because it’s small, it’s best suited for 1 or 2 people. Eat in or eat out - a fully functioning kitchen, a large refrigerator/freezer minutes away from Malibu’s finest restaurants. FYI driveway is steep cobblestone/gravel/dirt combination . small soft hot-tub❤️ pls read rules! The space This as a small, very small, travel trailer, tucked up under the balcony of the main residence. The balcony, cantilevers 50 feet out over a cliff and looking up from the trailer is mirrored glass. The balcony does not however have a see-through floor, it has a concrete floor. The trailer has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need to cook meals. Heater, air conditioning, smart tv, sound system small bathroom outdoor seating, gas bbq and soft hot tub. It’s private and outdoor lights come on automatically. The driveway is a little rough, steep parts, cobblestone parts and some parts dirt/gravel. It’s easy to access the trailer however if your car is low to the ground, it’s not ideal. The views are spectacular - we sit at the border of Solstice Canyon Park so there are no neighbors close by. If you love nature, don’t mind sleeping in a small space, you’ll love staying in the travel trailer!❤️ Guest access The area around the travel trailer is clearly defined. - we do not own the property next to us and we are not responsible for the road - please understand we can not make it better❤️ Other things to note Please read house rules before booking,especially if booking a non-refundable reservation (an option at checkout) please do not choose the non-refundable option if you will need or expect any refund should you need to cancel! Please book at our standard rate with the flexible Cancellation policy and DO NOT risk any loss if an unexpected cancellation will cause hardship or hard feelings! By booking a non-refundable reservation you are agreeing to NO REFUND if you cancel the reservation. Non- refundable really does mean non-refundable. If you’d like us to convert the dinette/booth to a bed before your arrival, please let us know. Otherwise, the extra bedding can be found in the booth storage.
