The hub of the home is the large open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area. There are 2 large comfortable leather sofas one with electric reclining seating. These are facing Smart TV with ready to watch and logged on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV, BBC iPlayer and so on. So plenty to keep you entertained. The dining area is a marble top table with seating for 4 located at window and additional 4 seats at breakfast bar right next to this. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all pots and pans and appliances for cooking a family meal. Integrated appliances of fridge, freezer, washing machine, Gas Hob & Oven. With a further microwave oven on counter top. We leave basic supplies in place for cooking. Also Tea, Coffee, Sugar in addition to a cafetière if bringing your own ground coffee. Kitchen Towels & kitchen roll also supplied during your stay. Master Bedroom has en-suite shower room, along with large wardrobe for storage. This room also benefits from King Sized bed & Paris Balcony windows. 2nd Bedroom has double bed and large wardrobe for storage. 3rd Bedroom has plenty of light with window on one wall and Paris Balcony at base of double bed. Along with plenty of storage options with drawers and stand alone wardrobe. The main bathroom is located near entrance to the flat, this has a bath and also Electric Power Shower within the bath itself. Guest access The entirety of the large modern flat is yours in full privacy for duration of the stay. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking all around the property which in this neighbourhood is a rarity.
