Other things to note IMPORTANT: kindly note as we are a flexible stay rental, we ask our guests to sign a rental agreement at time of booking, provide copies of all guest passports, and we will request a $1500 CAD security/damage deposit through the Airbnb resolution portal. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to your credit card by Airbnb through the Airbnb resolution portal. Airbnb’s credit card provider takes approx 10 business days to show the refund back to your credit card statement. Alternatively, we also take it in cash and can be returned back in cash at time of check out inspection.
