The space This is a brand new listing hosted by experienced, local Superhosts! This is a chic and spacious single family house that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of room to spread out and have privacy during your stay. There is a stylish open living room upstairs with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there is a large dining table as well as counter seating to gather all together. Every morning you can spoil yourself with the luxurious robes provided or a pour over batch of coffee in the Chemex. Then head to the large, private backyard that is waiting for you to enjoy. Whether that means a soak in the hot tub or a friendly game of corn hole, you won’t have to go far to relax and unwind! You will even have distant views of the Denver skyline from the back porch as you take advantage of the outdoor dining space. We recommend making it a point to check this out in the evening! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and backyard. Other things to note This space is not suitable for events or parties. We have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. Exceeding our maximum guest limit and not respecting the quiet hours will incur fees. There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property or in the house. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be enforced to remove any odor if this rule is broken. There is a minimum $50/hour late checkout fee without prior approval. Please expect there may be hot tub maintenance during your stay. This is to ensure the hot tub is properly cleaned and sanitized for your stay. We use a 3rd party for this service and cannot guarantee the schedule. Pet Information: 1. Pet fee is $75 (dogs only); you must add your pet at the time of booking. If not disclosed prior to your arrival, extra fees will be charged. 3. No dogs on furniture including couches and beds. Most of the furniture in this home is vintage and irreplaceable. There are high fees associated with having to repair or replace any of these items. 4. Do not leave your pet unattended in the house at any time. Please note: It can get VERY hot in Colorado and you should never leave your dog in your car. If you need recommendations on pet sitters in the area please let us know and we would be happy to point you in the right direction. 5. Only use designated pet area for pet waste and clean up ALL pet waste directly after use with bags provided. Please place pet was bags directly in orange trash bin in the front of the house immediately after picking up. There are fees for leaving pet waste in the yard or not using the designated pet area.
