The top level boasts a dining area with great lighthouse and sunset views and an artistically painted kitchen with granite countertops that enhance the experience. There also is a king main bedroom and a half bath. On-site amenities include a private unheated pool, a hot tub, three TVs, two DVDs, a central stereo, outside speakers by the pool and hot tub, video and books, and beach access 460 yards away. Things to Know The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee. For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
