It has new appliances, leather couch & chairs, flat screen TV's in all rooms, huge washer/dryer, queen beds, outdoor deck and furniture. The house is 3 miles to downtown area, 1.8 miles the Dreams Park and 2.6 miles to Ommegang Brewery. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property. Other things to note Activities nearby: Susquehanna River activities, Goodyear Lake, Otsego Lake, golf, hiking, Cooperstown shopping . Also, Ommegang Brewery, Red Shed Brewery is 2 miles south of the house. Great places for lunch or dinner!
