Escape to a serene retreat at our charming guest house located on Historic Route 66. This private, newly remodeled home provides a peaceful environment perfect for both relaxation and business trips, surrounded by amenities and attractions within the San Gabriel Valley. *There are multiple properties located within the space. Each property is private. *Parking area is not paved and no street parking is available. *We love pets, but some guests are not, so there is a NO pet policy. *Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported. * Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean. * Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support. *Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed. *This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell. House rules: 1. This is a very quiet neighborhood, NO PARTIES are allowed. 2. No Pets. Unauthorized pets will be charged an Pet Cleaning Fee of $300. 3. This is a NON-SMOKING household -- smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES, is not allowed at any time anywhere inside the house. Smoking OK only outside at the patio. Smoking inside the house will be fined $200 to remove the smoke smell. 4. Please state the actual number of guests will be staying when reserving. 5. To prevent bugs entering the house, please keep the window screen and main door shut 6. Quiet hour: 11PM to 6AM. 7. Keep the house clean and don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. If anything is damaged or the stain can’t be clean, you will be charged the amount to fix it or the cost of replacement. 8. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would to your own. 9. Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean. 10. Unauthorized late check out will incur a late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minute. 11. For Guests staying over 28 days, A separate lease must be signed.
