You are greeted by a fun orange door and a patio seating area that welcomes you inside to the open living room which boasts a large plush sectional seating with matching accent chairs, made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. This area also accommodates a place to play a competitive game of shuffleboard. The large wood and glass dining table provides seating for six consisting of four chairs and a bench. Extra seating is available for four at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen is equipped with black and stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, tile backsplash, drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to meet your cooking needs. There is also a half bath under the stairwell to serve the first floor. The last guest bedroom (BR3) features a Queen bed with under-storage, closet, nightstands and a wall-mounted TV. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom which includes a vanity a tile shower. For your convenience, the washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly in the hall closet upstairs next to the hall bathroom for use during your stay. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and shared charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units.
