What a bonus in addition to the sparkling free form, pavered heated pool , it overlooks the new boat dock on the canal. Weather-permitting, you can enjoy all meals outdoors as there is plenty of dining furniture, grill and plenty of space to bask in the sun on the paver deck. Upstairs, most of the space is an open concept with kitchen, (no dishwasher) dining area and Living Room with a large flat screen TV for family movie night. There is a bath with tub/shower off this space which is also right next door to a King Bedroom. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
