Step into the spacious family room which features an L-shaped recliner leather sofa, a large flat screen TV and a stylish finish throughout. The fully-fitted kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. It is fully equipped with everything you need for at-home dining, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc. The formal dining area seats 10 and has views over the beautiful pool deck. There are two beautifully-decorated bedrooms on the ground level, both with flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 is a king master suite with a four-poster king size bed, a luxurious en suite bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, twin sinks, granite tops and access out to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the property and is a queen-sized bedroom with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and has access to a bathroom with shower and twin sinks. Head upstairs to the spacious second lounge area in the bonus room with a large L-shaped leather sofa and a flat screen TV – it’s the perfect setting for movie nights! There are six fantastic bedrooms on the upper level, all with flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, an attractive safari theme and stylish wooden furniture. Bedroom 4 is a beautiful queen bedroom with a four-poster bed. It has access to a shared Jack and Jill bathroom (with a shower) that is shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 is a fantastic Star Wars themed twin room that kids and teens will love. Bedroom 6 is a stylish beach-themed queen room and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom (with a shower) with bedroom 7. Bedroom 7 is a beautiful Disney Princess-themed twin room. Bedroom 8 is a stylish queen bedroom. There is also a separate Mickey-themed bathroom with a bath/shower. Step out onto the fabulous over-sized pool deck and enjoy the large private pool with spa and the benefit of no rear neighbors. There are sun loungers, a covered dining terrace with table and chairs sets for outdoor dining and a pool safety fence for families with children. The pool can also be heated (optional extra). The garage has been converted into a fantastic games room complete with a pool table and air hockey table. This property has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, 2 pack and plays (travel cots) and 2 high chairs are provided. There is also a washer and dryer with ironing facilities. COVID-19 STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME: 1. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld. 2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy. 3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 and if the facilities are open, their use will have limits in place and occupancy rules. SORRY, NO PETS. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ALL SHORT STAYS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $170. SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Please note: All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries. POOL HEAT: POOL HEATING IS $25 PER DAY OR $150 PER WEEK PLUS TAXES. MINIMUM OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS $75 PLUS TAXES. Please request pool heat before you arrive. If you request pool heat after your arrival, the pool takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $10 call out for the pool heat to be switched on for you. Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). SPA’s will be set to 99 degrees (SPAs are not hot tubs and are part of the pools). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature. Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up. Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather. We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
