We love to welcome dogs and the garden is fully enclosed & secure! The space The Hayloft has been designed with comfort in mind, inside and out. Open the gate to find a private and fully secured (dog friendly) garden space with a wood-fired hot tub. Enjoy the views from the garden or above, on the balcony. Step through the glazed stable door into a spacious kitchen. Perch at the breakfast bar to look out over the surrounding countryside, dine in at the kitchen table or eat al fresco on the balcony while enjoying far reaching views towards Haytor and the coast. Chill out in the open plan sitting room by the fire or watch your favourite programmes on the smart t.v. Retreat to the bright and comfortable bedroom, fitted with a king size bed and unwind with a book on the rocking chair under the wide sky light. The en-suite bathroom has a deep, curved bath fitted with an integrated overflow tap and a large shower. The underfloor heating adds an extra touch of luxury. Tucked away is a laundry room, with a washing machine and essential conveniences. The Hayloft has a newly fitted air source heat pump and wood burning stove. Guest access With ample off-street parking, The Hayloft is a standalone, first floor accommodation, accessed through the private garden via stairs and balcony. Other things to note Up to two dogs are welcomed and will be secure in the fully enclosed garden below. Your dog is allowed in the kitchen and sitting room but not in the bedroom or bathroom. Please ensure dogs do not get up on any furniture. There is a hose located beside the hot tub if you need to wash your dog down, especially after a muddy walk in the moors! We welcome babies in arms up to six months; please bring all infant equipment if coming to stay. We have recently had Starlink installed, which offers excellent connectivity for anyone needing to work!
