Cabin Name: Best Of Both Worlds Come experience the "Best of Both Worlds!" You'll enjoy privacy in this cabin on 1/3 acre with a gated entry. Just as the name says --you'll experience a country feel in a prime location just a little more than1 mile from the main thoroughfare through Pigeon Forge (see picture of location map), where all of the best restaurants and top local attractions are located. Door-to-door, both Dollywood Amusement and Splash Parks are located just 3 miles away and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park just 11 miles in Gatlinburg. Each of the 3 levels of this cabin include internet/wifi with an open-concept floor plan, a deck and a large flat screen TV capable of streaming your favorite services. Netflix is included in your package! The cabin is elegantly furnished with 2 king- and 1 queen-size bed, each with top-of-the-line mattresses you won't want to leave. You will get plenty of rest in these beds! The main level includes a gas fireplace, living room, ½ bath and fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for making delicious meals during your getaway. Steps away, just outside the main entrance you will find a gazebo with a large state-of-the-art hot tub (with built in lighting and speakers so you can play your favorite music) and sitting areas with a built-in charcoal grill. The top level of this cabin includes a large deck, love seat sitting area with flat screen TV, a king bed with plush bedding, built-in Jacuzzi tub, and a separate bathroom with shower. The bottom level of this cabin includes another deck, sitting area with a flat screen TV, a large king bed, queen bed, and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Fireplaces: *On During: October 1st - February 28th *Off During: March 1st - September 30th Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions. *Well Water: Most of our cabins are on well water. Well water here in the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it and often times a slight sulfur smell and often times has a brown color. Well water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. We do have water systems on any cabins that have these issues, but keep in mind, it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Also, some of our wells take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water has been used. This is a common problem in this area and there are times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water pressure to rebuild. *TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.
