There is a single covered parking spot reserved for unit #242, which can accommodate two average length vehicles if parked one-in-front-of the-other. There is also uncovered parking for additional vehicles at the complex. This unit also allows for its guests' to moor their boat on the bay side of the Palm Beach Club property. The mooring station is clearly marked for condo 242. When you enter the unit, walk up the stairs to the main living space where you see gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. you'll find an updated kitchen, a wet bar, dining area, comfortable living space, a gorgeous electric fireplace and floor to ceiling views. Go on the balcony and take in the sunshine! Walk downstairs to the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite and private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and another on-suite. On the third and top floor, you'll find a cozy loft with 2 twin beds and another bathroom. This unit is very spacious sleeping 6 people comfortably and perfect for your family. The large flat-screen TV’s along with FREE DVD’s allow for nightly entertainment. Pensacola Beach has much to offer and right across the street, there are picnic tables and the awesome Ft. Pickens national seashore. Things to know: Beach service included May - October Parking Notes: Parking is found under the building. Allows space for 2 vehicles with one vehicle in front of the other. There is additional parking in the middle of the complex. The vehicle must not cross over any parking lot painted lines. There is 2 vehicle limit per unit. Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
