At the front a courtyard with 1 parking space and at the back, a small garden with terrace not overlooked of approx. 50 m2. Unheated pool, above ground 3 x 4 x 1 m. The space The accommodation is a small, independent F2-type house with a garden terrace at the back and in front of a small courtyard that allows you to park a passenger car (free parking is 10 m away for large vehicles and visitors). It is spacious and can accommodate a couple with 1 child. The bathroom is in the bedroom, but a toilet with a sink is outside of it. The cottage is located in a housing complex of 3 apartments, in a quiet countryside setting, but close to all amenities, highways and the largest shopping area of the Var. Located between Hyères and Toulon, the city of La Crau is 10 minutes from the beaches of Carqueiranne and Le Pradet. Other things to note The accommodation has been refurbished and many comfort elements are present. I provide linens. Towels are extra if needed. Housekeeping is not included in the price, but can be taken as an option for €5 per night. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. The location of the house does not allow noise.
