Best Deal 2BR Apt. For Short & Long Term Stay
A fully furnished home for your longer stay, complete with WiFi and everything you need to live. Welcome to Chicago! Home of the World Series Champs, the Cubs. Our 2-bedroom/1-bathroom condo is the perfect place to stay in Chicago, whether traveling for business or vacation. It's professionally designed with modern furniture and a full kitchen. In the heart of trendy Lakeview Chicago, our sophisticated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is the perfect launchpad for Windy City adventures or clinching that important business deal. Whatever brings you to town, you’ll rest easy in our charming, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Red Line train. Street parking and meter parking is available nearby. But as it gets more difficult to park at night we recommend parking your car and take the train for your entire stay. The apartment is a 13-minute walk to the Addison train station. Ever dreamed about jetting off to your own Chicago apartment? Well, now’s your chance to bring that fantasy to life. During your stay, the whole apartment is yours and only yours. We’re all about giving you plenty of privacy and personal space, so we’ll be available by phone (call or text) during your stay. Just one block from the scenic Belmont Harbor and Lakefront Trail, our prime location near Wrigley Field is the place to stay when you want to be close to all of the action of Downtown Chicago but far enough away that you can get a good night’s sleep. Our residential neighborhood is lined with lush trees and puts you within walking distance of local eateries, parks, theatres, breweries, and the Belmont L station (which takes you straight into Downtown). We’re also just a 15-minute walk to Wrigley Field, home of the Cubs. Less than 5 minutes away on foot, you’ll find the breakfast favorite Ann Sather Restaurant, known for cinnamon buns, and the veggie-centric landmark, Chicago Diner. Evening revelers can also keep the party going just two blocks from our place at Boystown bars and clubs like Progress Bar, Scarlet Bar, and Sidetrack, and Roscoe’s. Some other recommended eats within walking distance include the scrumptious house-smoked meats at Milt's Barbecue for the Perplexed, seafood boils at Lowcountry Lakeview, Asian fusion at Pingpong, and the decadent fries at Wood. Or perhaps you’d prefer to whip a meal in the comfort of your own apartment. For all of your grocery needs, head to either Treasure Island Foods (3-minute walk) or to Jewel-Osco (7-minute walk). Craving a morning caffeine fix? Cozy up to a cappuccino at Yefseis Cafe, just a 5-minute walk from your front door, or try an obscure tea or rare roast from The Coffee & Tea Exchange, which has been delighting Chicagoans with hot beverages since 1975. It’s just 3 minutes away on foot. Boystown and Lakeview East isn’t all about food though; there’s also a vibrant arts scene. Catch a film at Vic Theatre or watch the Blue Man Group at Briar Street Theater for a fun night out. Or, shop ‘til you drop in the retail therapy hotspots of Belmont Avenue, Lincoln Avenue, Southport Avenue, Clark Street, Halsted Street and Broadway Street. From local designers to luxury vintage finds, you can find something for everybody here. And, of course, you have to visit the waterfront. The Lakefront Trail is 8 minutes away and can take you just about as far north or south along Lake Michigan as your legs can handle. If you’re up for a scenic stroll, head south for about 30 minutes (nearly 2 miles) to the Lincoln Park Conservatory and admire the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool and surrounding gardens. One of the many things we love about Chicago is the top-notch public transportation system. In fact, you can get pretty much everywhere via train or bus, so there is no need to rent a car - unless you plan on taking day trips out of the Chicago metro. The closest L station is Belmont, which is a 13-minute walk from our front door. From Belmont Station, you can hop on the Red line or Brown line and ride south to the Magnificent Mile (or anywhere else in Downtown Chicago) in 15 minutes. Heading north? The Red line can also take you to Uptown and Evanston. Our Boystown neighborhood is incredibly walkable, so we recommend exploring the near vicinity and the waterfront by foot. If you’re going out with a group or just want a little extra luxury, rideshares (Uber and Lyft) are readily available and can take you wherever you need to go. Flying into Chi-Town? Our place is approximately 30 minutes from O’Hare International Airport by car, though keep in mind that this drive time can increase during rush hour when there is a bit of traffic. But if you don’t want to spring for an Uber or a rental car, just take the Blue line 8 stops to Belmont and transfer to the #77 bus, which will drop you off at Belmont & Broadway, a 5-minute walk to our place. -All guests need to be attentive to the house rules during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. -Avoid congregating in the public areas inside the building.
