Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is located on the 7th floor ,accessible by lift and close to various top attractions in Vila Nova de Gaia such as Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar and Miradouro do teleférico. This apartment is designed with open living and dining areas. The living room features a sofa bed and a TV, and a dining area big enough to seat four people. There's also a balcony equipped with a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning city views! The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Plus there's a washer should you need it. The bedroom features a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe for your belongings and a work desk. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need including fresh towels and free toiletries. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
