We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do. Guest access A private 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. Shared access steps away from your door to the beach of Baie-Sainte-Anne. Free parking for one vehicle. Grocery store, hardware store, liquor store and pharmacy all located within 5 minutes of home. 5 minutes to the pier where you can purchase fresh seafood right off the boats when in season. 15 minutes to Point Sapin Pier where you can buy fresh caught lobster and crab, depending on the season. 29 minutes to Kouchibouguac National Park, where you can experience tons of outdoor activities and nature. 30 min to Miramichi. 1 hour 25 minutes to Moncton. 1 hour to Shediac. Other things to note There are stairs to access the apartment and beach. Please advise us if there are more than 2 people so we can prepare bedding for the sofa bed. The property is shared with other renters but your apartment and entrance are completely private. Wifi is available but we are very rural so may be spotty at times. There is a coded entry and code will be sent to you prior to your arrival, in a message.
