Charming 57 m2 apartment type holiday home very close to the beach and overlooking the sea. Spacious, bright and well-equipped. From its east-facing terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea with a partial view of the island of Gran Canaria, a relaxed breakfast or a romantic dinner with the moon rising over the sea. The space The home has: - High-speed WiFi Internet connection (300 MB fiber optic) with good coverage throughout the house. -Full kitchen in which guests' meals can be made, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee maker (capsules not included) filter coffee maker and moka-type coffee maker, kettle, juicer, washing machine. Kitchenware enough to cook and serve all guests with a variety of utensils. -Terrace with magnificent ocean views, extendable table, chairs. You'll also find cards and toys for the little ones. - Cozy, comfortable and functional lounge with sofa-bed (suitable for children), Air conditioning, 43”Smart TV ( connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc.) accounts and laptop. - Master bedroom with a 150x200 double bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, reading lamps. -Country travel available on request (confirm availability) - Full bathroom. Enough towels, sheets, etc. for all guests. We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information in brochures. The house can be cleaned during your stay, by ordering it in advance and that it will be paid by an extra charge. Guest access The common areas have: -2 Community pools (adults - children). - Pool bar (only in summer) - Basketball court and soccer court. -Private parking. The development has 2 small outdoor spaces to park a small number of cars. Free street parking is also available. Other things to note THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The house is located in a private development with easy and quick access to the highway. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. To access the house, you have to go up 1.5 floors. Nearby it has all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station, cafes, bars, even a Mac Donald. About 5 minutes walking is the seafront promenade and shopping area where it has many shops, restaurants, etc. Candelaria is a charming old fishing village. Currently, it is also a place of residence and summer for local people, so you can experience the true life of the Canary Islands. There's only one hotel. It is located away from the island's crowded tourist destinations but strategically located to visit the island's different points of interest. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, as it is located in a strategic zone, close to the capital and the highway links to the north and south of the Island. The area is well connected by public transportation. There is a bus stop in front of the development. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is an agricultural produce market where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese etc directly from the producers. You can walk around the town. To better discover the island, renting a vehicle is recommended, although most attractions can also be reached by bus.
