Very popular and conveniently located, this is a private and fully-equipped studio apartment with a queen bed and an Ethan Allen sofa bed, separate kitchen, full bath, flat screen tv, great wifi, washer/dryer, off-street parking. It has mostly 5-star ratings on all sites since 1998 The adjoining neighbor has a friendly dog, but don't allow accidental meetings. Please keep your dog on a leash in front of the house, and let us know your approximate arrival and departure times. This unit has five stars on two other popular sites, and is the oldest Santa Fe listing on a popular site. Se habla espanol, si parla italiano. Please tell me the names of other people and animals with you. About a month is priced around $2000, depending on the month. This is a charming historic building close to everything! My listing: Here you find convenience, comfort and security. A 1908 adobe. it has about 500 square feet depending how you measure it. It is off W. San Francisco Street on a private driveway. Half of a duplex, with an adjoining tenant who may have pets. About seven-tenths of a mile to the downtown Plaza. Flat screen television. Xfiniti wifi. Gas baseboard heat. The description says "table" workspace, meaning two fold-out tables, or the kitchen table. Wonderful and famous restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Starbucks! Easy access north and south and less than a block to the DeVargas Mall, which has two large grocery stores (Sprouts and Market Street), great restaurants, movies, fast food, chain stores, a bowling alley, individual vendors, etc.. The house is off W. San Francisco Street 100 feet down a driveway where your parking to the right is not visible from the street. It is in a charming, historic neighborhood close to public transportation. Long-term bargain pricing available. Combination living/bedroom with separate eat-in kitchen and stackable washer/dryer. Pleasant ambience with wood and tile floors and "Santa Fe" touches, such as a Mexican tile bath, nichos and local artwork. Queen bed, plus fold-out couch could accommodate two more! Yes, it CAN fit four, but you must decide if that space would be too crowded for you. There are extra bed linens and a bed pad. This unit is PET FRIENDLY provided you are aware that you are taking the risk that there may be animals in the other unit, including dogs who also use their own back door on the common back patio; that your cat must remain inside and your dogs must always be on a leash coming and going. It is one mile to the famous Frank Ortiz Dog Park. Please, no smokers! Enjoy hiking, skiing, the opera, and shopping, dozens of galleries and museums within walking distance. This historic house was remodeled in the 90s and has been upgraded since. There are many tour books, maps, guides, and local magazines as well as suggestions in the Welcome Guide in the house. The mountain views are taken from the abovementioned dog park (1 mi. from the apartment, 138 acres). In the photo with St. Francis Cathedral the apartment would be located in the trees in the middle. The tree is the dog park Christmas tree with one of my rescue dogs, China. The mountains show our ski basin. There are shared front and back porches and the fenced backyard. If you have a dog, please coordinate backyard time with the other tenant. Don't forget our wonderful dog park, one mile away! I don't usually come by unless you ask, but I am usually available by email and phone (not text) if you need anything. If I'm not available and you see the adjoining neighbor, she may be able to answer some questions. This is an historic neighborhood with many interesting old adobe buildings, as well as new ones. The 7/10 of a mile walk to the Plaza is great for an introduction to the neighborhood residences, businesses and tourist attractions. The DeVargas Mall with many restaurants, two grocery stores, a Starbucks, and many shops, is a 5 minute walk. The bus stops nearby on Paseo de Peralta, and there are nearby stops on West Alameda and St. Francis Drive. When you book, I will send you an information sheet. There is a book in the house with maps, restaurant, store and attraction recommendations.
