If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee. We are a full time vacation rental company so the entire space is always yours to enjoy. There is beach gear, hotel quality sheets and towels, pool towels and more. The public beach is just a few houses away Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Lovely mid island location directly on the white sugar sand. The Publix grocery store is just to the north and the dine-in movie theater a short walk to the south. Lots of water sports nearby. Beach Trolley runs from one end of the island for only 50 cents and you can even load bikes on the front.
