There is a large game room, complete with pool table, foosball, and a selection of board games, paperback books & jig saw puzzles. The entire home and pool is for the exclusive use by the the guests. The garage is the only portion not available to the guests. Overnight parking must be off-road and in driveway due to homeowner's association rules. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. All guests are provided with check in information that supplies phone numbers for maintenance contractors and the owner to assist in any problems that may be incurred during the guests stay. This gated community has security that patrols the community throughout the day and night. It is a very private, quiet and peaceful area. The Keauhou Shopping Center is located approximately 1/2 mile from the home and offer a large local groceries store, restaurants, movie theatre, coffee shops as well as retail boutiques. You will need a rental car to get around. Names of guests must be submitted prior to arrival in order to prepare and submit the required guest arrival notification to Keauhou Estates security by the owner. Guest permits are prepared in advance, and gate security staff will provide the permits with a security briefing to guests at arrival.
