Our neighborhood, Summer's Edge, is a premier gated community that features two pools (one heated, one non-heated) and private beach access. You are just a few minutes from the beach — just follow the private walkway Summer's Edge Pool and you'll discover one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The sugar white sand and emerald colored sea is the reason it is called the Emerald Coast. Gather friends and family on the large front porch or relax in the third story tower that offers a panoramic view. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, private fenced/gated back yard with brick patio, outdoor shower, grill, stereo, CDs, DVDs, books, cable TV, landline phone, and high-speed wireless internet service. The house is tastefully decorated and well-furnished with king size beds in both the master bedroom and second bedroom. The master bed features a comfortable, memory-foam mattress and the large master bath has a jetted whirlpool tub and separate shower, Cable HDTV and DVD player. The second bedroom features a king-size bed Cable, HDTV and adjoining upstairs porch. The bunk room features a full-size bed, a twin-size bed (upper), and a pull-out twin trundle and DVD player/TV. Additionally, we have two roll-away twin beds. The master and second bedrooms open onto the second story porch that includes a hammock and extra seating. There are three full baths (one on the first floor, the other two on the second floor). The kitchen is fully stocked and well-appointed and features granite counter tops and all appliances. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and storage. The dining room seats eight (8) plus there are three more seats at the counter. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, a grill and outdoor seating in the back yard. Relax and enjoy either of the two hammocks (one on the second story porch, the other in the tower). Many love the large front porch which features a swing and seating for eight (8) but my favorite spot is the tower, where you can view the ocean, hear the waves, feel the Gulf breeze or simply relax in the hammock with a book or watch the sunset.
