Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a partial wall with granite-top wraparound bar with 4 upholstered bar stools. Next is the spacious, bright, airy and well-furnished living room with its sliding glass doors opening to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its commanding views of the Gulf and back bay from a fifth floor vantage point. The living area has a sofa, end table and lamp, coffee table and a rattan side chair. On the other side of the expansive living area is group seating with two overstuffed chairs, one with ottoman, with table and lamp in between.
