The upper level of the house is the "main" house. It is a 3/2 open floor plan with spectacular views and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has tons of sofa seating with recliners, a 70 inch flatscreen and a Bose Surround Sound system, the dining room table seats 8 people comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size beds in the other bedrooms. The lower level of the house is a 2/1 with a kitchenette and has a separate entrance. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The space The Casa De Las Palmas sits on a large property in the Powderhorn neighborhood and has several outdoor living/cooking areas. From the upper level there are beautiful views of Powderhorn Lake and Matagorda Bay. There are plenty of swings and rockers for your whole party to relax in. There is a large fully fenced yard and there is plenty of parking. The Indianola Fishing Marina, Magnolia Beach, kayak trails, public fishing piers and the Powderhorn RV Park and Boat Launch are all within 2 miles of the house. Port O Connor is approximately a 30-minute drive on land (by boat it's about 15 minutes). Port Lavaca is approximately a 20-minute drive. The Powderhorn neighborhood, where the house is, is located adjacent to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Powderhorn Wildlife Management area (15,000 acres). There is abundant wildlife, and yes an alligator or two. The bird watching is some of the best bird watching you'll find on the Texas coast. Guest access Coded entry
