The resort is located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. This venue is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting! Upon arrival there is ample parking available. Entrance is via secure lobby where an elevator takes you to the third floor. Luggage carts are available to facilitate your arrival. There is a furnished area just outside the elevator on the third floor, and walking to the right along an open walkway takes you to #302. Entry is into a tiled hallway. There is carpet throughout except for kitchen, entry hall and bathrooms. Looking straight ahead the very first thing that will catch your attention is the Gulf of Mexico, literally just a stone's throw away, with the white sandy beach coming into view as you approach the private screened in balcony. However, back to the accommodations, immediately to your right upon entry is the a guest bedroom with queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, a 3-drawer chest, and ample closet space. A window in here opens out to the front of the building. Back into the hallway and to the right, a quick left jog takes you into the next guest bedroom, furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamp. A window here also opens to the walkway in front of the building. There is a 5-drawer chest and a walk-in closet. A door from the bedroom accesses the guest bathroom with combination tub/shower, a niche with a commode, and then the dressing area with vanity and lavatory as well as a linen closet. Back out into the hallway and straight across is the kitchen. It is a fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, dishes, and utensils so that you can whip up a full course meal if desired. There is a bar with four barstools on the dining area side. Kitchen lighting is recessed, and there is a ceiling fan. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and table-top microwave oven. There is plenty of counterspace with tile backsplash, and a double stainless steel sink. Back into the hallway and to the left is another hallway leading to the laundry area where there is a full size washer and dryer behind louvered doors. Returning to the hallway and to the left of the kitchen is the dining area with a rectangular wooden table with four cushioned chairs with casters. There are also mirrors on the dining area wall which add to the spacious feeling. Next, the living area is nicely furnished with matching sofa, love seat, and overstuffed recliner. The larger sofa has end tables and lamps as well as a coffee table. Next to the love seat there are also cocktail tables. There is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors that go out to a tiled and screened in balcony with ceiling fan. This area is nicely furnished with a chaise lounge and round glass-top table seating two, where you will look out to the beach and the waves of the gulf lapping at the shore from a third floor vantage point. The view from here is of the open Gulf of Mexico straight out. There is actually a 180-degree view that runs from Sanibel Island to the coast line of Bonita Springs and Naples. Back into the living room and immediately to the right is master bedroom with en suite bath. This is very nicely furnished with wicker furniture, including a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, and there is a corner chair. There is also a double dresser with wall mirror, and in another corner is a credenza with flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There is also an expansive window literally allowing you to awake in the morning looking right out at the gulf.
