This is a 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Gulf Front serene retreat with coastal inspired decor that sleeps 6 and exudes everything relaxing and beachy. Your friends are going to be a little jealous when you post your vacation pictures so fair-warning! You may never leave. Welcome to your beach home. What makes this unit outstanding and unique? It is newly remodeled, furnished and decorated with a re-designed kitchen facing the ocean not the wall as you cook (unlike other kitchens Aquavista). Both bathrooms have been beautifully updated. Aquavista's small building means your beach is less crowded so you'll always have a place to sit with a view away from the noise and crowds. A HUGE private master bathroom with walk-in closet, and extra storage for your convenience. All towels and 600 thread count linens are included for your convenience. The large master has a comfortable king size bed, storage and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage. There is new furniture in the living room. A slipcover sofa sleeper and love seat for extra bedding and comfy club chairs for relaxing and connecting with others. Free high speed wireless to upload the photos of your condo on social media and make your friends a little jealous. The separate dining room has a large maple table that can comfortably seat 6 people where you can watch the ocean as you eat or play. The kitchen has everything you would want or need to prepare meals if you want to cook and brand new bar stools for easy bar side eating. Besides the coffee maker and electric kettle, there's a slow cooker, an ice cream maker and a well stocked kitchen to serve meals with style. The dining room has a variety of place mats and table linens so you can set a gorgeous table for family and friends. If you have children, there are melamine dishes so you don't have to fear breaking any of the 'good' stuff. Beer and wine glasses complete your entertaining needs. The large heated pool is on the 2nd floor at the perfect height for seeing the ocean or watch sunsets from the hot tub. However, Oct-Dec it is under renovation so please be advised. The space is very quiet and you'll be able to make noise in the kitchen or living room without worry of hearing it in the bedrooms. No beer or wine in the fridge or too relaxed to cook dinner? Walk just down the beach to any of several beach-front restaurants where during happy hour you can have $2.50 drafts, order dinner or play ping pong or pool while you wait for your food. Or walk directly across the street from your condo to the WinDixie, pizza place or liquor store. Take your car here or fly in and take a taxi to the condo because you have everything you need at your fingertips. And there's a trolley that runs up and down the beach to take you over longer stretches that's dirt cheap and passes by the condo throughout the day. The condo is set AWAY from the hubub so there's less traffic and stress but you can still drive to all those attractions in minutes but you may not ever want to leave the comfort and view of this balcony. We live in Atlanta but fell in love with this beach and condo after visiting the area one time and are convinced so will you!! No matter your needs, we have people there to assist you should anything be amiss. You are in the quiet part of the beach away from the noise but only one mile to the pier. There is a grocery store, CVS & Liquor Store just across the street. You can para-sail right in front of the condo and jet skis are available at the complex next door to rent. Restaurants and bars easily within 5 minutes of walking. Conservation park with almost 3000 acres 5 mins away. PCB sports complex which includes tennis courts and an aquatic center are minutes away. If you like to be outside and be active...you're close to these great resources. Your condo is at the intersection of 79 and 30, just minutes from Panama City beach parkway which takes you to Destin, golf courses, hundreds of shops and restaurants, a huge recreational sports complex, and the airport. Walking distance (1 mile) to the Pier Park and over 200 shops and restaurants or just take the trolley. Having a car is nice but not necessary. Take a taxi from the airport. You can take the trolley around PCB or walk to most destinations from this condo. Reading the reviews gives you a good sense of how people found the space. We love it and we hope you will too. Noise can start as early as 7 am on weekdays and ends at 5 pm. You book knowing ahead of time the building still may have some renovation and you are getting a reduced price.
