Located in a 4 season recreational wonderland with incredible downhill and x-country skiing, a world class golf course, endless hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, abundant wildlife & countless mountain lakes, rivers and streams out the back door. If you're looking for a quiet location to enjoy a getaway or family vacation, this is the perfect location! The first thing guests see when entering the home is the beautiful great room with breathtaking views of Georgetown Lake & the Pintler Mountains. The great room features a magnificent stone fireplace that is perfect for relaxing around after a fun filled day of skiing or playing in the snow! There is an oversized sectional that allows for plenty of seating for you and your guests. You will find a tv with an internet connected DVD player. While cable or satellite isn't provided, you will easily be able to sign into any streaming service you have (Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc). The high-end kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal for your group. You will find condiments and other staple items in the refrigerator and pantry. The cupboards and cabinets are stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There's bar seating in the kitchen or you can enjoy your meal around the table in the formal dining room. From the elegant granite countertops to the stainless steel appliances, you will love your time spent in the kitchen! Make your way down to the family room and enjoy a round of ping pong or Foosball with your family or friends. There is also a TV in the family room that has an internet enabled DVD player. You can use that to sign into any of your streaming services. The futon in this room can be used as a bed if you need more sleeping arrangements. Whether you need to take care of business or upload those amazing photos, you will stay connected with the complimentary high-speed internet. If you need a quiet workspace, you will find a desk in the loft area above the great room. There is a full deck on the back of the house that allows for you to really relax and enjoy those magnificent views. You will also find a charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor seating on the deck. There is a fire pit with seating that can be set up on the lower lever if you'd like to enjoy an outdoor fire. LAUNDRY -Guests have access to a the washer and dryer that are located in the mudroom. Laundry soap is provided. BEDROOMS -The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed. -Downstairs bedroom #1 has a king bed and a twin size bed. -Downstairs bedroom #2 & #3 have queen beds. -Downstairs bedroom #4 has two twin beds and several floor mattresses that can be moved anywhere in the house that you would like. You will find sheets and blankets for those mattresses in the closet in this room. -Downstairs family room has a futon that can be pulled out into a bed. *You can sleep 20 if there are 3 people per king bed, 2 per queen, 2 people using the futon, 1 person per floor mattress and the twin beds. The house can sleep over 20 if you'd like to bring air mattresses or other sleeping arrangements for additional guests. BATHROOMS -The master bath is located off the master bedroom. There you will find a shower, jetted tub, and his & hers sinks. -1/2 bath with a sink and toilet located off the great room. -Downstairs are 2 full bathrooms they are not attached to any of the bedrooms. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a jetted tub.
