Great Family Reunion "resort" with 3 cottages all next to one another! Located just 8 blocks from Lake Michigan. One large 4 bedroom/3 bath cottage with 2 small 1 bedroom/1 bath cottages directly next door. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Parking for up to 7 cars. Our property is located in a very convenient spot! We are on the road that takes you to the beaches, so expect vehicles traveling on this road (25MPH), as well as bikers, joggers and walkers. We have the perfect backyard, very private with picnic tables, gas grills, and fire pits (wood included). The cottages are in a row, one large cottage that we call "The Willow", sleeping up to 10 and two small cottages that each sleep up to 5, "The Guest Nest" and "The Owl". The Willow cottage has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one is a suite with one double bed and an attached bath. Bedroom two has one king bed with a bathroom across the hall. Bedrooms three and four are both upstairs, one with 4 twin beds and the other with one double bed and they share a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower unit. Our cottages are very well taken care of. We have nice clean linens and towels. Beach towels are available for you to borrow during your stay. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, coffee /filters are available. Your group will have full use to everything onsite. Convenient onsite parking, in the driveway of the large cottage and the parking lot clearly marked "Willow Tree Cottages". Guests will be given the lock codes on the day of arrival. We ask that all guests please leave the property in very good condition at departure. Our neighborhood is wonderful! Walk to art galleries, shops, restaurants, the public beach, both downtown areas! Grocery store just one and a half blocks away! Bike rental across the street. Paddle board and kayak shop 2 blocks away. Awesome bus system that costs $1.00, very convenient!
