Seminole Heights is a neighborhood full of eclectic shops, gourmet restaurants, Breweries, unique bars and an awesome nightlife. This apartment is a calming oasis in this amazing neighborhood. Whether you are here for work, we are 10 minutes from downtown Tampa or for play you can come back to this beautiful apartment with full kitchen and smart TV's in both the living room and the bedroom. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living to accommodate up to 4. This is situated in a residential area and the other apartments have long term tenants. We do request that you have no loud noises after 10pm and any complaints from tenants will be taken seriously. We do not live on site but are about 30 minutes away if you need anything.
