It is a spacious 1240 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large living room with leather sofa, big TV, wood burning fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio. Both bedrooms are ensuite with ample closet space – Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed; Bedroom 2 offers two queen sized beds. There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the covered patio. You will not find a more perfect home to rent with this proximity to the ski-lifts, underground garage and elevators! You will have the entire condo to yourself. The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Aspen Creek. There are 3 jacuzzies, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), in-building laundry room with coin-machine, and trash room. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage (height limit 7’1”) or overflow parking outside of the garage (readily available in summer if not able to fit in garage). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo. We are a full-service property management company. There is a free shuttle stop next door at Juniper Springs lodge that will take you anywhere in town.
