The en-suite bath also has a large vanity and separate water closet with a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a Double bed with dresser and large closet. Guest bathroom features a tub with shower and large vanity. Family room/bedroom, accessed from the Master bedroom, has a sofa bed and room for extra sleeping. Doors open out to the pool deck. Screened heated, private pool faces south and gets lots of sun. Community park and dock is available for use two doors away, overlooking the Back Bay. Great spot for fishing or just enjoying the sunrise relaxing in the calm tropical atmosphere. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Grocery stores nearby. The trolley runs up and down the island so its easy to get to Times Square without taking your vehicle. Plenty of shoppes, restaurants, pubs, entertainment, water sports, etc. in the area. Great place for vacationing! Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Limit of two.
