If you have more than two vehicles or if there is no availability in the overflow lot, there is a public parking lot available at $12 per day, located in front of the building across the street, right next to the overflow parking lot. ★★Please note that our reserved spot is compact, making it challenging for extra-large SUVs or trucks to navigate; they may need to use the overflow lot. A few of our favorite places to eat are Dee's Hangout and Ketana which are both within walking distance of the condo. There is also a new breakfast place right across the street that some of the local condo owners have enjoyed - Sunrise Cafe! Hunt's Oyster Bar is a local treat in the St. Andrews Bay area. The Saltwater Grill is a bit more of an upscale restaurant that we enjoy and Bayou on the Beach is a recent discovery of ours that is a short drive from the condo. A few miles west is a place we love - Diego's Burritos and Margarita Bar! Finally, my dad and his golfing buddies love Triple J Steaks & Seafood. Also, the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park is a lot of fun no matter what your age!
