Whether you’re staying for a week or an entire season, this east-facing one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home with skyline views overlooking downtown Asheville, inviting you to pause and take it all in. As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The Views Over Pack Square seats four at the breakfast bar, perfect to work from home or to enjoy a home cooked meal with a loved one. The living room has a sleeper sofa for two and two additional chairs for seating. Wake up to the sunrise over the heart of downtown Asheville with your favorite morning beverage. For entertainment there is a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi to log on and stream your latest binge worthy shows. The sliding glass window in the living room opens, letting in fresh air to have a peaceful retreat to take a Mountain Break away from the commotion of day-to-day life. Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, and two extra chairs and a 55” cable TV to sit and relax and breathe in the passion of downtown Asheville. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from. The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. The Views Over Pack Square is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay. Long-term stays are welcome at The Views Over Pack Square. Access After you book your stay in The Views Over Pack Square, you will receive a confirmation email and text messages. In the confirmation email there will be a link to electronically sign the lease agreement. We require this to be signed and returned before we will release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay. Parking When you book your stay at The Views Over Pack Square, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking which is included in your booking for one car. You will have full access to come and go as you please. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20. Building Amenities Included in your stay at The Views Over Pack Square is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking. With amazing views, access to valet parking, our state-of-the-art gym and relaxing massage offerings, we’re here to ensure your time away from home is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. An additional amenity available to you when booking The Views Over Pack Square are our in-house food & beverage offerings, conveniently located on the first floor. Our culinary partners are proud to bring you an irresistible casual yet fine dining restaurant with Bargello, offering a menu inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, as well as the inviting bar and lounge, District 42, serving a collection of seasonal and craft cocktails and shareable small plates. We also proudly offer in room dining with Bargello to-go. View the menu and order from the convenience of your phone by scanning the QR code located in the in-condo guidebook. There is a code to access the elevator to the 10th floor, and a separate code to access the lock box outside of the condo. Once you have the keys from the lock box outside of the unit, you no longer need to use the elevator code. Your keys will now call the elevator for you. We are walkable to shops, restaurants, and breweries. Valet parking is included in the booking for one car, valet parking is secured across the street at the Broadway Parking Garage. You will be staying a short drive away to access hiking trails located within the Blue Ridge Mountains. Please inquire about an early check in or late check out prior to your arrival. If you check in early or check out late without an approval, a request for early check in/check out fee will be sent to you. We provide a supply starter kit including: toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and shower essentials. Once this supply this supply is deplete, our guests are to supply the remainder of what they may need for their stay. We currently are not able to provide any daily housekeeping services. Our guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. If a strong weather system enters the region, the building's structure may be affected, leading to a change in pressure. Consequently, you might hear a smacking sound coming from the oven hood's exhaust vent.
