This home is the perfect setting for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.  This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Each rental includes personalized concierge service and complimentary beach chair and umbrella setup to make your day on the sand as relaxing as possible. Bicycles are available for scenic rides down highway 30A to the town's many shops and restaurants. The home is complete with a private, heated pool. Beach chair service runs for stays from March 1st through November 30th. During the offseason, you can pay $50 per day (plus tax) for the setup.  The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/night. A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival. A recreation package can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. CANCELLATION: Occupant may cancel their reservation at any time for a full refund prior to 90 days before arrival. Occupant agrees to be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Rent stated above if Occupant cancels more than 60 days from date of arrival and less than 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
