As you enter from the front deck, where there is an outdoor dining area and gas grill, you enter a large open concept living room with dining area and new granite kitchen. To the left is the laundry area and secluded King Master bedroom with ensuite bath and its own private deck. Just off the living room with its 55" smart TV, is a cute den which is a perfect place for games, puzzles or a quiet read and also has a pull out sofabed. The main hallway has a guest bath, twin bedroom and another King bedroom with ensuite bath and a charming porch area, perfect for a crib or private sitting room. This property offers one of the largest private heated pools on the island with an expansive paver deck, hammock, lounge chairs and lots of sun all day. This is truly, the perfect Beach getaway. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian. Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
