The main level has an open floor plan with a two sided fireplace offering views to the living room and den/office area. A new energy-efficient heat pump system and combination gas range and microwave were added in the summer of 2019. With two bedroom suites upstairs, this unique Stonybrook condo has an additional queen suite on the walk out level, along with a private game room and second tv area.
