The entire home to include the private boat dock is fully available to all guests. As your host, I want to make your visit as relaxing and stress-free as possible. I will be available 24 hours a day to answer any questions, make recommendations, or take care of issues with the property throughout your stay. There is a gentle path leading down the hill from the house to the boat dock walkway. Guests who have trouble walking should be cautious when walking down the hill. We recommend not walking straight down the hill and use the path instead. The supply closet in the master bathroom remains locked throughout the stay. There is a chemical misting system for pest defense on the back upper deck and underneath the deck. The system is scheduled to spray at the following times for 60 seconds: 12:00 AM, 2:00 AM, 4:00 AM, Dawn. This system does not leave a residue and dissipates quickly after the spray cycle. However, it is recommended to not be on the deck while the system sprays or leave open food outside.
