The 7th bedroom features a twin over full bunk with a trundle that can sleep up to 4. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a half bath included, everyone will have enough space and privacy to relax and unwind. There is also a soaking tub in one bathroom, great for children or just relaxing with a glass of wine. The Chef's kitchen has sub-zero appliances, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, an island that includes a wine fridge, a separate beer fridge, and views views views! The open floor plan is terrific for entertaining the entire family. Family friendly fun abounds – there is a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table for daily competitions! The home has been designed by a professional decorator, who spared no expense while furnishing this extravagant house. The outside space is just as amazing as the inside… Here you can relax and put your feet up while lounging in the sun in this very private backyard oasis, complete with a private pool and spa, AND BEACH! There is an outdoor table for dining as well as lounge chairs, and couches for taking in the views. This home also features a gas grill for barbecuing. The views from this home are beyond incredible. Turn off the AC on a cool night, open the doors, and listen to the waves lap the shore. Grab a drink, and sit on your balcony for sunset.
