Free Wi-FI, close to the Parkway Serenity In The Smokies is located off of Upper Middle Creek Road in Sevierville Tennessee, just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Parkway. The location can’t be any better, only minutes from all the attractions the area has to offer yet tucked away in a quiet peaceful area. Serenity In The Smokies has all the comforts of home! Lounge in the morning on the deck overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains, or take in the view with your favorite beverage at night. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen and an open floor plan for your entertaining needs. If you choose to venture out of the cabin there are so many things to do there is no way to list them all. There is Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Clingman’s Dome, shopping, museums, restaurants and so much more! If you decide to venture out of the resort, the cabin is just a short drive from the parkway in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It is also a short drive in the other direction to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There is so much to do in the area, there is something for everyone. The area is full of history, beauty and fun! Add all this to a beautiful relaxing cabin and you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever. Serenity In The Smokies Rules and Regulations 1.  CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST. 2. This is a NON-SMOKING cabin, smoking is allowed on the deck, please dispose of Butts properly. If this rule is broken and the cabin needs to me remediated a 250.00 fine will be applied. 3. MINIMUM AGE LIMIT - e will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. **PAYMENT A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates and the remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival. Credit Cars are the only form of payment excepted. 5. **CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 6. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING / NON-PET FRIENDLY CABIN – If this rule is broken a 250.00 fine will be charged for each rule broken. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. 8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However maid services are available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.  Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the bin out front.  An additional charge may be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed. 11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their          stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period. ** Each site may have their own rules that we may need to follow.
