The door lock has been recorded to be the last 4 digits of the telephone you have supplied us We use smart locks and restrict access based on check-in and check-out dates & times. Press the lower right-hand button (Gear) to clear then enter 4 digit code. Now press check (lower left-hand button). you will hear the latch retract. The door is coded to the last 4 digits of the phone number you, the guest put into contact information. Code is enabled at 3 PM on the day of your stay. Unless arranged in advance, we request that guests wait until 4 PM check-in to allow our cleaning crews to properly prepare for your visit. To lock just press Gear (lower right-hand button) If the door isn't opening pull the handle gently toward you and retry. If you don't hear the latch trying to activate, contact the host. We have 2 entrances to the property.2 cars can come and go at will. The driveway is long enough to park 6 or more cars. However, with this many cars, you will need to strategically arrange them as they will be blocking egress. The first entrance is quite steep. If your car has low clearance, we suggest using a second entrance. I personally come over the first driveway at the very edge and at an angle and have avoided scrapping the bottom of the car. Parking on the street is prohibited by the HOA.
