Walk down the steps and you're at the beach! Beach towels, four beach chairs, and two umbrellas are provided so that guests can enjoy the waves and sand whenever. The family dog is welcome to join you too! Inside, central air conditioning and non-carpet flooring will help guests feel comfortable. Room darkening shades will make the sunshine more tolerable on hot days. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, in addition to the one in the living room. The TVs in the living room and bedrooms are all smart TVs that operate off both cable and WiFi. After a long day at the beach, guests can enjoy board games together in the common area. The extensive full kitchen, including two breakfast bars, is a perfect setting for late-night cooking projects! What's nearby: Historic downtown St. Augustine, including the beautiful Castillo de San Marcos, is less than five miles away from this home. Enjoy some unique Florida history (and demonstrations!) at the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park just over three-and-a-half miles away. Just under seven miles away, guests can take in every species of alligator and crocodile - in addition to many more animals - at the Alligator Farm Zoological Park.
