Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Welcome to Coach’s Cabin! A completely remodeled two-bedroom, two bath park model in Linville Land Harbor. Open concept living, kitchen and dining areas provide for ample entertainment. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, a beautiful granite island with eat-in seating and is fully stocked. The living area is outfitted with comfortable seating which includes a sofa and built-in bunk beds. Master bedroom features a king bed and full private bath with tub style shower and new marble vanity. Guest room has queen size bed and is separated from the living area. Shared full bath with walk-in tiled shower is located near the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s with cable. Enjoy playing games or relaxing in the sunroom/third bedroom, newly remoded in Spring 2021 and now featuring a twin bed with trundle for an additional private sleeping space. Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck right outside. Coaches Cabin has a dog crate inside and a large fenced yard for the young ones or your furry family. Steps were recently added off the covered porch (May 2021) for easy access to the fenced yard. This is a level entry home and is easily accessible. Coach's Cabin features three driveways that can park up to 5 cars. The air conditioning is provided by window units. Beyond the confines of the home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with amenities such as shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation in any season, an indoor pool awaits. The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season (May - October). The hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm. Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - Please note that there is not a Washer or Dryer in this home. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
