Garage parking space is provided for 1 car, free of charge. Your private entrance starts with 2 flights of stairs (14 steps total) which overlooks your private deck with ocean views. A keyless entry makes access simple. The kitchenette is well equipped with small appliances, pots & pans, etc, and dishware for four. A coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods are provided. We also offer beach towels, snorkel sets, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your beach outings. Linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided, including hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our neighborhood is special because of it's location (proximity to where you want to be) and gorgeous ocean views. Getting a rental car is highly recommended. Our neighborhood is set on a ridge (thus the ocean views) but not made for walking, unless you like a challenge! Washer & dryer are available but shared with owner in the main house.
