Across the open living room is a full contemporary kitchen with a center island and bar seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area surrounded by windows allowing an influx of natural light. The first floor also hosts a separate pantry, custom kitchen cabinets, custom built ins, and a half bath for guests. On the second floor is a queen master bedroom, with double doors to a private balcony, and its own private luxurious master bath. The gorgeous master bathroom has an encased glass shower, marble walls, windows with natural light, and a rain shower faucet. The Queen balcony overlooks a canopy of trees and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a place to escape with an afternoon book. The second floor also has a full bath with a washer/dryer. Off the front porch is a private exit to a sandy foot path that leads to the beach.
