Viewpoint #131 offers a great place to stay in the heart of The Village. Vacationers will find themselves within walking distance to The Village where you can enjoy entertainment, restaurants, and shops. The Village chairlift is also the closest access to the mountain for hitting the slopes. During the warmer seasons you will only be a short drive away from hiking, biking, and golfing. This unit has 2 unassigned parking spaces to guarantee you room for your vehicles during your visit.

This Mammoth Lakes condo is built with an open floor plan featuring a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with plenty of seating options gathered around a fireplace and TV. After a day skiing and snowboarding down the mountain, light a fire in the fireplace to warm yourself and create a cozy ambiance. Curl up on the couch for a movie at night. The TV is equipped with a DVD player for family entertainment. The couch further functions as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. If the fireplace gets too warm, open the balcony doors and step outside into the fresh mountain air. The balcony has a partial mountain view.

Past the living room is a well stocked kitchen. This kitchen has an ample amount of counter space and all appliances needed to cook a tasty meal. Two guests can keep a conversation going while the chef cooks in the kitchen by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. When the food is hot and ready to serve, have all your guests sit at the dining table for a home cooked dinner. The dining table has seating for four.

Viewpoint #131 has two sleeping areas. The first area is located near the front door as an alcove. Twin-size bunk beds are built into the wall here. The master bedroom is down the hall and prepared with a Queen-size bed and TV. There is one bathroom for all guests to share with a shower/tub combo.

Alongside the two parking spaces, Viewpoint offers several other amenities to utilize during your vacation in Mammoth Lakes. There is a shared clubhouse that will keep the kids busy for hours with games. You will find a ping pong table, pool table, and arcade games. There is also a large fenced in swimming pool area.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts\u2019 policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**
