The condo features an updated interior and decor, great community amenities, and a prime location in downtown. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, movies, and grocery stores. During the winter, the Green Line Shuttle (a free service) stops near the complex and travels to the Eagle Lodge and The Village for easy mountain access. Warmer seasons beckon vacationers to enjoy the close by hiking/biking trails and golf courses.

The living room is furnished with an oversized, deep couch that gives plenty of room to cuddle up around the wood-burning fireplace. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. The fully remodeled kitchen is well equipped with custom quartz counters, a large peninsula, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans and more. The dining table has seating for 4, and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.

The main bedroom has a comfortable pillow top Queen bed and mounted flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combo. The upstairs loft holds a Queen bed, a Full bed a single Twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The loft also has an attached 2nd bathroom with a shower.
