The main living space boasts an open floor plan with ample natural light and combines the kitchen and dining room making it easy to host. Adjacent, a comfortable living room houses a stone fireplace and a pullout couch for extra sleeping space. The master bedroom and two bathrooms can be found just off the main hallway. Finally, a spiral staircase elevates you to the loft which sports two additional rooms with queen size mattresses.

Outside a large, well maintained deck with patio seating for six expands your living space and encourages you to absorb the mountain air. A staircase leads you from the front of the deck directly down to the driveway for easy access to the driveway and the entrance to the property. Walk to the lake or hop in your car for a quick drive to downtown Kings Beach, Northstar Resort, Tahoe City, or Squaw Valley!

If you are planning a winter ski stay you will need a four wheel drive vehicle, with chains, to make it up the driveway which can become rather slippery.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts\u2019 policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.
