Enjoy an outdoor retreat at this 3 story getaway, Bear Haus. Family and friends will have a great time exploring the surrounding area of Montgomery Estates, often considered the best of both worlds. This area is located only 4-miles away from Heavenly Mountain, and beaches, outdoor recreation, and downtown are all within 10 minutes of Bear Haus\u2019 front door. 3 forests surround the home offering hiking (be sure to check out Beaver Bridge, a destination bridge where you will see quaking aspen trees and mountain beavers along the trail) and biking (peddle to the top of High Meadow or take the Power line trail all the way to Heavenly Valley) trails.

Bear Haus offers 1 driveway space and 2 garage spaces to ensure you have room for vehicles at all times.

The cozy living room is furnished with seating facing a wood stove and mounted 32\u201d Toshiba Smart TV with an Amazon Stick for streaming only (no cable). Light a fire and curl up on the couch. Several amenities are equipped to keep you comfortable including central heating, and WIFI.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated black appliances and gorgeous black granite countertops. There is a drip coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, toaster, wine ware and so much more available. Step outside to the balcony and enjoy an outdoor BBQ!

Downstairs is a bonus game room. Spend hours over a little friendly competition while you take your pick from the pool table, darts, or foosball. There are 4 bedrooms to choose from when you are ready to call it a night.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts\u2019 policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**
