The Sea Ranch is a great location to take yourself out of the city. Haus Bavaria is a spacious split-level vacation home with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms - perfect for two couples or a group of friends. The house features blue water ocean views and is nearby the Bluff Trail and the golf course.

Inside the home you enter into a split-level stair case. A half bathroom and washer/dryer are tucked away around the corner. Upstairs is a bright open living space. This space consists of a living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room has a plush sectional couch and lounge chairs gathered around a woodstove (2 DuraFlame logs provided) and a 32\" flat screen TV. A DVD player, stereo, and high-speed fiberoptic WiFi are provided to ensure you a comfortable stay. Light a fire to create a cozy ambiance and relax with a movie at the end of the night.

There are all appliances ready for a chef to cook snacks and tasty meals in the kitchen. The built-in breakfast bar offers seating for three and a convenient way for guests to keep the conversation going with the chef. Sit down at the dining table with seating for six to eat a home cooked meal together. The back deck is alternatively a great place to dine alfresco. Heat up the gas BBQ to grill something yummy. Patio chairs encourage you to dine and bring out a bottle of wine while you watch breathtaking sunsets dip behind the ocean. There is also a hot tub which is an ideal place to stargaze from.

Downstairs holds two bedrooms. The roomy master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and TV. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is available down the hall.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

Please note: Linens and 100% cotton towels are provided in the home.

The Sea Ranch facilities will remain closed. Golf, the swimming pool, volleyball, playgrounds, tennis courts, etc. are not open to guests at this time. The trails and beaches are open.
